25 May Use healthy practices to protect yourself from COVID-19
The best way to stay healthy is to follow these steps recommended by the WHO and the M.I. government of Andorra:
Wash your hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after being in a public place, or after you move your nose, cough or sneeze. If there is no soap and water at hand, use a disinfectant of hands with at least 60% alcohol.
Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.
Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
Use homologated or cloth mats to cover your mouth and nose when you are with other people. You can convey the COVID-19 to other people even if you do not feel sick. Do not place masks in young children under 2 years, a person who has difficulty breathing, or unconscious, disability or can not remove the mask without assistance.
Stay at home If you are sick, except for medical care.
Cover the nose and mouth with a tissue, cough or sneeze, and throw the scarf after use. If there is no handkerchief, you must cough or sneeze on the elbow or sleeve, not in your hands.
Clean and often disinfectu the objects and surfaces of contact. This includes tables, door handles, light switches, handles, desks, computers, telephones, keyboards, sink, washbasins, and faucet
s. If the surfaces are dirty, clean them. Use detergent, or soap and water, before disinfecting.
Use a off if you are sick.
You will need to use a mask when you are with other people (for example, sharing a room or vehicle).
